Project Description


Alex Ceban is a Certified Personal Trainer based in North Capitol Hill, neighborhood of Denver, CO. He started working as a Personal Trainer in 2011, and spent his first 5 years in business in New York City, training over 200 clients of various demographics and genders as well coaching personal trainers by doing seminars and workshops while he was working as a Fitness Manager. His training methods have a big emphasis on progressive calisthenics. Accordingly, his program design is built on a principle of increasing strength and skill level that results in dramatic improvement in body composition when combined with proper nutrition.
